SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days for Serbia only (This does not mean sent).  Our deadline item to be sent is 12 working days. This may very during weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

International Shipping Policy

All orders are processed (does not mean to be sent) within 3-5 business days for Bosnia And Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Our deadline item to be sent is 12 working days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. This includes sewing and shipping only. 

All our products are sent from Serbia (non EU country). We are not taking responsibility for keeping items on customs longer. We also do not take responsibility if customs required cutoms tax to be charged.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

SANYA company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SANYA company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
